In 1991, after nearly a decade as a Principal with a local CPA firm, Joe Dudek became a development partner with Sage Software and formed DSG, Inc. Joe has worked with Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 and 200) for over 30 years, designing customized ERP systems for his client. Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Memphis State University. He worked and trained in computer programming at NCR Corporation through the late 1960’s. In 1972, he founded, and later sold, D & S Systems Inc., developing a job cost financial accounting package which was installed in 44 different states in the US and overseas.

      Joe enjoys reading, traveling, sports, model railroading and is an ardent supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and The Pajama Program.


Kathy Burns

Kathy Burns has been with DSG, Inc. for 15 years.  She is a Sage Certified Implementation Consultant and Sage 100 Certified.  She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Memphis in 1998 and her Master's Degree in 2000.  Before joining DSG, Inc., Kathy was Vice President of Financial Services for a leading corporate relocation company.

     Kathy is also the Chapter President for the Tennessee Chapter of the Pajama Program.  The Pajama Program is a non-profit charity that collects new pajamas and new books for children in need.

Rich Garrett

Richard Garrett has been a member of the DSG, Inc. team since its inception.  He became a co-owner in 1997. Rich is a Sage Certified Consultant and Sage Certified Master Developer. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from LeTourneau University in 1989. Before joining DSG in 1991, he was a technology consultant at a local CPA firm.

     Rich spent many years as a Boy Scout leader and is also a certified lifeguard, level 2 climbing instructor, level 2 COPE instructor (low and high ropes), shotgun instructor, range safety officer, open water SCUBA diver, and Amateur Extra License (Ham Radio). He regularly teaches Hunter Safety to young hunters, and is very involved as a deacon at his church. Rich also enjoys walking, hiking, hunting, canoeing, kayaking, and driving his big green tractor to bushhog the fields on his familiy farm.
